URGENT PLEASE CALL NOW!!! See Representative lists below in the first few links. Thank you! Talking points are at the end.

Please call the following Representatives Now! See below: As you may be aware by now, we have bills pending in both the house and the senate in Charleston. The house bill #5160 is essentially the same as the senate bill #632. Both are comprehensive and inclusive of all forms of geoengineering technology with significant penalties associated with non-compliance. Both invoke the enforcement capabilities of the Department of Environmental Protection, the state police, and the air national guard, when needed. We, at West Virginians for Clean Air, are very appreciative of your willingness to support this effort by calling the pertinent legislators in support of these bills. House bill #5160 has been sent to the house Energy and Public Works committee, chaired by Delegate Bill Anderson and on which are Delegate Jeff Campbell from eastern Greenbrier County, and Delegate Henry Dillon, a co-sponsor of HB 5160. Senate bill #632 has been sent to the committee on Natural Resources, chaired by Senator Bill Hamilton, representing Braxton and Pocahontas Counties. The vice chair is Senator Vince Deeds, and Senator Jack David Woodrum is a member. In order to secure passage of these bills, it is imperative that we demonstrate significant public support for them. It is for that purpose that we are contacting you. Please feel free to share the information below with friends and relatives who may also be willing to help. I have attached the following documents for your use in this effort: 1) SB 632 2) HB 5160 3) A set of talking points as a guide to conversation 4) A full list of the members of the House Energy and Public Works Committee 5) A full list of the members of the Senate Natural Resources Committee. It is most important that we reach out to the following leaders, and secondarily to their respective committee members. 1) Delegate Pat McGeehan, House Majority Leader, 304-340-3220, pat.mcgeehan@wvhouse.gov 2) Senator Patrick Martin, Senate Majority Leader, 304-357-7845, patrick.martin@wvsenate.gov 3) Delegate Bill Anderson, Chairman of House Energy and Public Works committee, 304-340-3101, bill.anderson@wvhouse.gov 4) Delegate Mark Zatezalo, Vice-Chair of House Energy and Public Works committee, 304-340-3101, mark.zatezalo@wvhouse.gov 5) Senator Bill Hamilton, Chair of Senate Natural Resources committee, 304-357-7906, bill.hamilton@wvsenate.gov 6) Senator Vince Deeds, Vice Chair of Senate Natural Resources committee, 304-357-7959, vince.deeds@wvsenate.gov. Thanks in advance for your efforts to save the air which supports all life on the planet. It would be very helpful to us to know who you have contacted. Talking points 1. May I share some information with you about bill # ------, to stop geoengineering in West Virginia? 2. We represent West Virginians for Clean Air, a non-partisan group of volunteers striving to protect West Virginia from toxic stratospheric aerosol injections and solar radiation management. 3. Those activities have been shown to spread toxic aluminum, barium, and strontium salts throughout the atmosphere. 4. Solar radiation management (SRM) is being used to prevent "global warming". 5. Reducing the sunlight reaching the earth's surface reduces photosynthesis, impairs plant growth and respiration. 6. SRM reduces the Carbon Dioxide uptake of plants and their production of Oxygen. 7. Bill # _______ strives to outlaw geoengineering in West Virginia 8. WV is among 34 other states working toward the same end, recognizing that the principal o ender is the U. S. Dept. of Defense. 9. Will you support this e ort and vote for bill #_______, when it gets to your committee and the floor? 10. Please look at this packet of information on the topic and including the text of the bill. 11. Thank you for sharing your time for this important message.
